Our Staff

The school has developed from 5 children in 2004 to being registered for 50 children today. The teaching staff has grown accordingly to 10 teachers of which 6 members of staff hold the Montessori diploma and the rest are qualified to NVQ level 3 and NVQ level 2.

All our staff are CRB checked. First Aid certificates are held by all of them. Our staff regularly attend the professional development programme for early years and childcare professionals offered by Barnet council.

Staff/child ratios vary from 1:4 for two year olds up to 1:8 for older children. Many of our existing staff have been with us since we first opened our Montessori in 2004.
